StayBooked (“StayBooked,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our marketing sites, use our software and services, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.

2. Who this applies to

This policy applies to visitors, trial users, paying customers, and end users who interact with booking pages or communications we host on behalf of our customers. If you are a client of a StayBooked customer, that customer is primarily responsible for how your data is used in their account; we process it as a service provider as described below.

3. Information we collect

You provide: name, email, phone, business name, billing and payment details (processed by payment processors), profile and team information, support messages, and content you upload (e.g. services, schedules, client records you choose to store).

Automatically: IP address, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP, log and diagnostic data, cookies and similar technologies, and usage analytics to operate and improve the Services.

From others: we may receive fraud signals or identity verification from providers, or referrals from partners, as permitted by law.

4. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
  • Process transactions, subscriptions, and support requests.
  • Send service-related and, where permitted, product notices.
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms.
  • Analyze usage in aggregate or de-identified form.

We do not sell your personal information as “sale” is defined in typical U.S. state laws.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Backup copies may persist for a limited period. You may request deletion subject to legal exceptions.

We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the Services. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you use the Services at your own risk as described in our Terms.

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe we have done so.
